These policies are necessary so that we may continue to provide you the type of service you expect and deserve. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
DAMAGE WAIVER: Damage waiver available on rental equipment at an additional cost. Damage waiver relieves customer of liability for accidental damage to the rented item(s)and for loss due to fire, collision, windstorm, upset and riot. Waiver does not cover loss due to theft, burglary, misuse or abuse or any other loss due to failure to care for the rental item(s) while under contract.
DELIVERY/PICKUP: Delivery is available at a minimal fee in the Austin area. Service to surrounding areas available upon quote. Delivery should be scheduled in advanced and is to a first floor entry level, dock, or driveway near garage. All equipment is left stacked in one central location and we ask it be in the same location for scheduled pickup. Any delivery/pickup requiring further service will be charged out at a higher price. Equipment must be protected from the weather/sprinkler system at all times!
SETUP & TAKEDOWN: We are happy to provide complete service, as long as it is prearranged and the additional charges have been included in the contract.
DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS: We require a 50% deposit on all items reserved in advance. The remainder to be paid two days prior to event date. Reservations are for a specific date; thus deposits are refundable only if order cancelled two full weeks prior to event date. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
CORRECT COUNTS/LOSS/DAMAGE: We are very thorough in our counts. We double count each order to avoid mistakes. We ask that you count your order upon taking possession, since you are accepting the count on the contract, and will be charged for any missing items upon return. RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE EQUIPMENT REMAINS WITH THE RENTER FROM THE TIME OUT UNTIL THE TIME OF RETURN. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use, and protected from the weather/sprinkler system.
PRICING: Most prices quoted, are for a 1 day, 1 event charge. We offer weekly and montly rates upon quote. ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE!
RETURN OF EQUIPMENT: All items come clean and sterilized, ready to use. All equipment should be returned as received. We ask that all flatware, dishware, glassware and serving equipment be returned clean, dry, and repacked in containers sent. All linens, napkins and skirting should have any excess debris removed and we ask that item(s) not be returned wet or in plastic bags.
