Recently American Party Rental was gracious in working with us on a snag in our order. We had reserved turquoise table cloths for a brunch for 40 people, only to learn the carpet at the event venue was a teal color. It was going to clash...badly. Two days before we picked up our order you were willing to make a change so that we could use white table cloths instead. This was not an easy change, as the order had already been processed. It cost your employees effort and time but they helped us modify the order last minute. Great service! Thank you Val... Everything looked beautiful.

I recently was asked to help organize a blessing day for a friend and worked with American Party Rental for this event. I don't have much experience or innate skills in the way of decorating or party planning, so I was incredibly grateful to have the manager, Valerie, help me come up with ideas for the type of rentals and overall color schemes to suit the gathering. Her service was exceptional, all the orders were clean and linens well pressed, and the best part was they delivered on a Saturday and returned for pick up the following Monday, so I didn't have to worry about it at all! Everyone at the party was very impressed and thankful for the extra flare which helped create the extra-special environment for the guests. I give 5 stars to American Party Rental and recommend their services to anyone else looking to wow their guests.

Where I work, schedules are tight and efficiency is critical, and A.P.R. has been consistent in meeting our deadlines. As with any company, who you see IS that company. The delivery personnel, Tony and Rene, are very courteous, extremely helpful and understanding to our schedules. I highly recommend American Party Rental.

I went to American Party Rental and a wonderful person by the name of Irene helped me with all my arrangements; everything came out perfect. She literally helped me hand pick everything. I was so scared and I didn't think I could put it together. Thanks to Irene everything was perfect. By far the best customer service I've experienced. The kids had a blast!!!!

My fiance and I walked into American Party Rental not knowing what to expect. They had a lot of great ideas in their showroom and lots of linen color choices. Irene and Ashley were great in giving us ideas and choices on how to set up our tables for our guests. We were able to work on a quote to see if the rentals we wanted fit into our budget. They have great online specials on linens and chair covers as well which, quite honestly, fit into our budget just perfectly. We will recommend American Party Rental to all our friends and family.

I've worked with American Party Rental on multiple occasions and have always been very satisfied with their service. It is very easy to rent all the equipment that I need and I can expect that my order will be delivered professionally and on time, which is very convenient when you're trying to plan a party and have about one hundred other things to worry about! My son was turning 2 and I wanted to have a huge party for him. Friends and family came and it was a blast. It wouldn't have been successful without the help of Ashley. She helped me plan it all from decorations all the way to the tables set up. Thanks to Ashley and American Party Rental!

If you ever have a need to rent tables & chairs or helium at the last minute, American Party Rental is the place to go. They have everything! I've worked throughout the years with them. The ladies there are so outgoing! I'm always impressed with their showroom! Very creative, a great place to get ideas. I dealt with Irene. She's always happy to show you those fancy napkin folds they have throughout the store. I always refer my friends & family to American Party Rental.

They were amazing to work with! I was planning a party for my boyfriend but because I was on a budget, I decided to carry the tables/chairs in my Prius. When we first saw what I had ordered and the car used to carry this, Rene (the guy who helped me) and I both knew it probably wouldn't happen. He was great though! He suggested taking 2 trips to make it work, but in the end we were able to fit all that equipment into the Prius. Thanks for all your help!

I would like to thank the staff at American Party Rental for giving me the confidence as I made my decisions for my upcoming wedding. American Party Rental is a place to put together colors, patterns, textures, and ideas for my decisions. You are more likely to budget for something if you keep it in mind - and the ladies inspired me to do just that. This is a business that you like to visit because the beautifully decorated showroom catches your eye and you can visualize just how amazing your event could be. I was very surprised that I was under budget with more than just your basic supplies. The staff went out of their way to make my day the best it can be!

I asked my mom if I could thank the people at American Party Rental because my birthday party was the talk of the neighborhood! All of my friends asked if my mom was going to do this again for my next birthday and they wanted to come! We had a helium tank and like 500 balloons all over, snowcones, popcorn, a chocolate fountain for dipping fruit in - and the best of all....a huge air castle that even my grandpa jumped in! My mom didn't even have to do a thing! Everything was delivered to my house and was set up. We just had all the fun! I overheard my Mom telling the other mom's how affordable it was and that she is going to plan my next party with you guys! Yeah!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE COOLEST PLACE EVER! I overheard one of my co-workers talking about how satisfied she was with her recent experience regarding a party she was hosting. I inquired about where she went, as I am a volunteer at my children's elementary school and have always wanted to "vamp-up" our fundraising ideas. I went to American Party Rental and was immediately greeted by Valerie (who I later found out is the manager). She took her time showing me their large selection of top-brand products to fit any needs and price point. There is just a wide variety and selection of stuff that this store has - and this is what I was finally looking for! Now I can create endless amounts of entertainment within a more than reasonable budget! I am looking forward to great school year!

I had a family reunion to plan out, and went to American Party Rental to see what they had to offer. This was my first time planning something this large. They had several types of games, including a tug-o-war rope! Of course, our favorite was the snow-cone machine. We worked with Irene. She gave us some great ideas for games, and she was very knowledgeable in informing us with the tent size we were needing. Everyone seemed cheerful and upbeat even when phones were ringing off the wall! I will use American Party Rental for all my future needs.

I have been renting from American Party Rental for over 15 years for various family and business functions. What impresses me the most is that I have seen the same staff for 15 years. It is a very good feeling to be greeted by Irene and Val. Dedication is the key to success - and they are all very dedicated to make my experience the best - and I really appreciate that.

I just want to take the time to give American Party Rental a HUGE thanks for helping with our event. I work for Amy's Ice Cream and we did a school supplies drive for Operation Homefront, an organization that helps military families while their loved ones are overseas. I called American Party Rental on a whim to ask if they would donate the usage of their dunking booth for our event. To my great surprise, they said yes without any hesitation. They had their employees set up and even had an employee there to run it, all we had to do was supply the water. I am just so happy they were on board to help with this great cause. I will tell anyone to use this wonderful company if they have any party rental needs.

For planning a wedding, American Party Rental is a great place to go! All the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are great and getting started was a breeze. I would highly recommend this company for party rentals.

I went into American Party Rental and a wonderful person by the name of Ashley helped me pick out stuff for my baby party. Everyone loved all the decorations and all the stuff we had; they asked "wow, who helped you?" and I said this young lady by the name Ashley helped me. She has very good customer service and people skills, I had the best experienced with her. Everyone had a blast!!!!! Thank you Ashley, you are the best!!!!!!

We had an unexpected meeting and needed to rent chairs. We called around a few other stores, and they seemed to be put off by our last minute request. When we called American Party Rental, they sounded so eager to help us. They offered several style chairs. Needless to say, they saved the day. Kudos to American Party Rental. We had a lot of things covered for our wedding already, but needed a dance floor for our outdoor wedding. We chose American Party Rental's "indoor/outdoor" self-setup dance floor, and it turned out really well. You have to provide your own subflooring for it, but we were okay since the ground was very level. A tarp underneath did the trick for us. We partied all night at our wedding!

Fantastic selection, great friendly staff, nice new location...Val & her team really takes care of her customers!
